If you have booked with us before, please log in before making a new booking.

Regular Hire is invoiced monthly in arrears. You can add more than one Permitted Hours slots in the same booking by using the Book More button, as long as all slots are in the same calendar month. Please do not include slots from different months in one booking. If you do, one invoice will be created for the whole booking and it will be due in full by the end of the earliest month included. The parish office is not able to split these invoices.

Example: if you want to book several Large Hall sessions in May, you can add them all to one May booking. If you also want to book June sessions, please make a separate booking for June.

STANDING: up to 100 people
DINING: up to 66 people
CLASSROOM: up to 30 people

Facilities

Male, female, and accessible toilets are available. Tables and chairs are provided for use. Please note that this booking does not include use of the kitchen. On site parking is available, although spaces may be limited or unavailable at certain times due to church services or other parish events.

Located in a self contained building at the rear of the church.

To make Regular Hire bookings, you will need a parish website account with Regular Hire access. Regular Hire booking slots become available once your account has been approved by the Parish Office and a Regular Hire Agreement has been signed.

If you already have an approved Regular Hire account, please log in before making a booking. If you do not yet have a Regular Hire account, you can apply for one by completing a Regular Hire application form. Once approved by the Parish Office, a website account will be created for you and Regular Hire booking slots will become available.
