Regular Booking Options
Regular Hire is intended for organisations and groups that require parish facilities on a recurring basis. To make Regular Hire bookings, you will need a parish website account with Regular Hire access. Regular Hire booking slots become available once your account has been approved by the Parish Office and a Regular Hire Agreement has been signed.
If you already have an approved Regular Hire account, please log in before making a booking. If you do not yet have a Regular Hire account, you can apply for one by completing a Regular Hire application form. Once approved by the Parish Office, a website account will be created for you and Regular Hire booking slots will become available.
Please note that all Regular Hire booking requests are subject to approval by the Parish Office. Regular Hire bookings are invoiced monthly in arrears.
Example: if you want to book several Large Hall sessions in May, you can add them all to one May booking. If you also want to book June sessions, please make a separate booking for June.
